Raw Material Used

Choosing the right material - The process of selection of raw material and hardness is done in close consultation with the customer which is largely based on the application for which the roll will be required and the material to be rolled.

Material commonly used - Forged and rolled alloy steel round bars having standard compositions like SAE52100, AISI D3, H-11, H-13, EN-24, EN-36 etc. We also use self-developed material resulting out of our chemistry of standard materials, e.g., SRK-310, SRZP, SRZ etc.
